Upon checkout, users of this site agree to the following:

All returns must have prior authorization. Items must be returned within 7 days in new, unopened condition, with all packing materials and paperwork. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. All orders are prepaid only. Parts unclaimed over 30 days become the property of TM Engineering. Special order items (which includes any factory OEM parts) are not returnable or refundable. Prices and specifications subject to change without notice, including current order pricing. We reserve the right to use alternate shipping methods which may expedite the order, including courier or private delivery.

Some wheel/tire combinations may require minor fender modifications such as rolling or trimming of the fender lip. THIS IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY! Altered vehicle bodies or suspension voids any fitment liability by TM Engineering. NO returns on tires and/or wheels that have been mounted or installed.

Racing and/or high performance parts are for off-road competition use only, and are not intended for use on pollution controlled vehicles. They are NEVER to be used on a public road or highway, and do not carry ANY warranty or liability, expressed or implied, other than the original manufacturer's warranty.
